Mission Statement
Glen Canyon Natural History Association is a non-profit cooperating association that supports and funds education, research, interpretation, and visitor services within the public lands on the Colorado Plateau. Working in partnership with Glen Canyon National Recreation Area, Rainbow Bridge National Monument, and Grand Staircase-Escalante National Monument, we promote and inspire the preservation and stewardship of cultural and natural resources.

Aid & Funding
Glen Canyon NHA was created in 1986, and provides aid to the National Park Service and the Bureau of Land Management through sales of educational materials at interpretive bookstores and its website. Glen Canyon NHA also provides free, interpretive tours of Glen Canyon Dam.

Community Events
Glen Canyon NHA hosts numerous events throughtout the year for the local communities and the visiting public including the Glen Canyon Lecture Series (in partnership with Powell Museum and Page Public Library), field workshops, and the Powell Symposium.
